This kit includes everything you need to recreate your own fragment of an ancient Roman mosaic!
The original mosaic of the scene to be reproduced is part of the Vatican Museums collection and dates back to the late 2nd century AD: it and was discovered in Rome in 1711, in the garden of the Church of Santa Sabina on the Aventine Hill. It depicts scenes of music and dance with actors, dancers and players of tibiae and crotales.
In addition to the materials and instructions, the kit also includes a video tutorial to follow in order to understand how to proceed.
